About The Position

Anton Cabinetry is hiring an experienced Millwork Installer / Cabinet Installer / Finish Carpenter to install commercial casework, architectural millwork, and custom cabinetry at job sites across the United States. The position is based in Pantego, Texas, with regular travel and overtime. The work calls for accurate, clean installation and the ability to read blueprints and shop drawings. Compensation starts at $19–$24 per hour, with overtime, travel pay, and mileage reimbursement. Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in millwork installation, cabinet installation, or finish carpentry.
Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints.
Strong math skills, including measurements, fractions, and angles.
Experience with laminate and prefinished materials.
Comfort using power tools and carpentry equipment.
Willingness to travel regularly and work overtime.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly and 150 pounds occasionally.
Ability to stand, climb ladders, and work on job sites daily.

Nice To Haves

Experience leading crews or working as a lead installer.
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
Scissor lift or boom lift certification.
At least 5 years of experience in commercial millwork or casework installation.

Responsibilities

Install commercial casework, cabinets, and architectural millwork.
Read and work from blueprints and shop drawings.
Perform layout, scribing, cutting, and fitting.
Install prefinished wood, laminate cabinetry, and trim.
Use carpentry tools and equipment, including a miter saw, table saw, router, and biscuit joiner.
Travel to job sites and complete projects on schedule.
