About The Position

K & B Garage Doors, a DH Pace Company, Inc., is hiring Commercial Door Technicians & Installers in Las Vegas, Nevada, and surrounding areas. The role involves installing and repairing commercial doors and related products. Candidates with experience in commercial doors—including roll-up and high-speed doors, door hardware, and dock equipment—or similar commercial construction trades are encouraged to apply. The position requires the ability to troubleshoot, work without supervision, and pay close attention to detail. A valid driver’s license and good driving record are required.

It distributes, installs, maintains, and repairs commercial, industrial, and residential door, docking, and security products. The company is celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2026.

Requirements

• Experience working with commercial doors, such as roll-up doors, high-speed doors, door hardware, or dock equipment, or experience in a similarly skilled commercial construction trade.
• Ability to troubleshoot, work without supervision, and demonstrate great attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to safely lift 100 pounds over your head.
• Successful completion of employment verifications, a background check, a drug screen, and a driving record check if applicable, before hire.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair and/or install a wide range of commercial doors and dock hardware, including rolling steel doors, high-speed doors, sectional doors, and dock levelers or equipment.
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services.
• Track and maintain job-related paperwork and submit it in a timely manner.
• Operate in a safety-conscious manner while performing job duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
