About The Position

Tibbetts Lumber Co. LLC is seeking a full-time, experienced Millwork Department Associate (Door Assembler) for its growing lumber and building materials company. The role involves assembling fiberglass and wood interior and exterior doors, supporting installation quality, handling window and door products, and providing customer service.

Requirements

• General knowledge of window and door products, including product standards and codes.
• Ability to lift doors and windows weighing up to 75 pounds when needed.
• Ability to safely use power tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure.

Nice To Haves

• Two years of window and door installation experience.

Responsibilities

• Build fiberglass and wood interior and exterior doors.
• Follow up on installations to ensure workmanship and quality meet customer expectations.
• Load and unload window and door products as needed.
• Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers at all times.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
