About The Position

Tibbetts Lumber Co. LLC is seeking a full-time, experienced Millwork Department Associate (Door Assembler) for its growing lumber and building materials company. The role involves assembling fiberglass and wood interior and exterior doors, supporting installation follow-up, handling window and door products, and providing customer service to internal and external customers. The position may also include other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• General knowledge of window and door products, including product standards and codes.
• Ability to lift doors and windows weighing up to 75 pounds when needed.
• Ability to safely use power tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure.

Nice To Haves

• Two years of window and door installation experience.

Responsibilities

• Build fiberglass and wood interior and exterior doors.
• Follow up on installations to ensure workmanship and quality meet customer expectations.
• Load and unload window and door products as needed.
• Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
