Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or 2+ years equivalent experience.
  • Able to understand and follow safety/work instructions.
  • Ability to read tape measurements.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with millwork.
  • Experience utilizing an inventory control scanner (RFN).
  • Prior experience with manufacturing equipment such as CNC machines.

Responsibilities

  • Performs assembly of interior and exterior doors.
  • Work at various machine centers as needed.
  • Verify accuracy of work orders to materials and assembly instructions.
  • Provide basic customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Inspects all materials for defects and appropriate quality/condition.
  • Work with other team members to fulfill orders and complete tasks daily.
  • Maintain clean working area.
  • Follow all safety procedures (OSHA compliance).
  • Engages in all required safety programs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
