About The Position
Cleveland Gear Company is seeking energetic, highly motivated, and take-charge individuals for a role as Milling Operator. This is a challenging and exciting opportunity to join a well-established, profitable, and growing company that manufactures high-quality worm gearing, industrial speed reducers, and customized gear drives.
Requirements
- One (1) year experience on milling machines or high school graduate and six (6) months experience on milling machines
- Familiar with safety rules and procedures
- Familiar with departmental procedures
- Setup and operation of equipment
- Must be able to read and write in English
Nice To Haves
- High school graduate
- Two (2) year vocational school
- One (1) year previous milling experience
Responsibilities
- Handling Signoff sheets
- Report non-conforming material
- Reporting maintenance problems
- Milling First piece inspection
