Requirements

Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, safety standards, and hospitality best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control
Exceptional customer service skills and a guest-focused attitude
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Nice To Haves

Relevant certifications such as ServSafe or equivalent are preferred

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety compliance
Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and customer inquiries to optimize guest satisfaction
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Collaborate with culinary and service teams to develop menus and special offerings
Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
Implement and uphold company policies and procedures
