These positions work 4 On 4 Off Overnights from either 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM or 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, or 4 On 4 Off Days from either 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM or 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Due to internal promotions, facility expansion, and team movement, we are anticipating multiple night and day shift operator and assistant operator positions coming available.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor computer-based systems and PLC controls to manage equipment.
• Perform routine equipment checks and troubleshoot issues to maintain production efficiency.
• Conduct quality assurance tests to ensure products meet customer specifications.
• Maintain accurate production records and follow strict food safety standards.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with state-of-the-art technology.
• Support Operators in daily tasks and learn the role for future advancement.
• Perform sampling and periodic machine checks to ensure consistent product quality.
• Assist with material handling and equipment setup.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations and meet production goals.
