Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and following established procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and work instructions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability, accountability, and willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
Responsibilities
- Assemble, maintain, and repair mill production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems
- Diagnose equipment issues and complete timely repairs to minimize downtime
- Follow all safety procedures and report hazards or incidents promptly
- Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement in plant performance
