Requirements

Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment
Demonstrated commitment to safety and following established procedures
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and work instructions
Strong teamwork and communication skills in a fast-paced environment
Reliability, accountability, and willingness to learn and adapt to new processes

Responsibilities

Assemble, maintain, and repair mill production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems
Diagnose equipment issues and complete timely repairs to minimize downtime
Follow all safety procedures and report hazards or incidents promptly
Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement in plant performance
