About The Position

Aeroflex USA, Inc is now hiring for a 3rd Shift Mill Operator. This is an opportunity to join one of the best companies. The role involves milling, compounding, batch-off, and batch delivering. Mill crews are responsible for performing these essential job functions rotationally. The goal is to ensure a smooth transition of product from extrusion through packaging to the QC holding area, providing necessary tools and materials for the packaging team, and ensuring all support equipment is set up correctly for each changeover.

• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to fulfill the physical requirements of the job including, but not limited to standing, walking, reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, lifting and/or moving up to 40 pounds

• Ensure all support equipment of the packaging process is set-up per customer requirement and operational at each changeover
