About The Position

Aeroflex USA, Inc is now hiring for a 3rd Shift Mill Operator. This position is responsible for ensuring a smooth transition of product from extrusion, through packaging, to the QC holding area. The role also involves providing packaging team members with the necessary tools and materials to perform their job duties and ensuring all support equipment for the packaging process is set up according to customer requirements and operational at each changeover.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to fulfill the physical requirements of the job including, but not limited to standing, walking, reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, lifting and/or moving up to 40 pounds and communicating effectively with co-workers.

• Ability to work in a non-climate control environment
• Must train 90 days on 1st shift (6am-4pm, Monday through Thursday, with potential overtime Monday through Friday 6am to 4pm) before moving to night shift, subject to change based on employee performance.
