Mixing ingredients
Ensuring production processes run smoothly
Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the mill
Ensuring products meet the highest quality expectations
Collaborating with the team to troubleshoot issues
Participating in problem-solving discussions to improve processes
Following safety protocols
Maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting
Guiding semi-trailer into designated area
Completing incoming and outbound inspection reports
Sampling raw materials
Receiving raw materials
Performing inventory/cycle counts
Assisting in dumping bulk totes
Ensuring proper ingredient weights, materials, and labeling as required
Reporting, documenting, and repairing any discrepancies found within your work area
Cleaning equipment and facilities
