Responsibilities

• Operating machinery
• Mixing ingredients
• Ensuring that our production processes run smoothly
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the mill
• Ensuring that our products meet the highest quality expectations
• Collaborating closely with your team to troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Participating in problem-solving discussions to improve processes
• Following safety protocols
• Maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting
• Guide semi-trailer into designated area
• Complete incoming and outbound inspection reports
• Sample raw materials
• Receive in raw materials
• Inventory/cycle counts
• Assist in dumping bulk totes
• Ensure proper ingredient weights, materials, and labeling as required
• Report, document, and repair any discrepancies found within your work area
• Clean equipment and facilities
