Valkyrie Enterprises has need for a Military Systems Analyst/JICO in Norfolk, VA. The Strike Group Interoperability Training Representative (SGITR) provides advanced technical and tactical expertise to exercise controlling agencies, analyzes interoperability issues, identifies training shortfalls, and provides feedback and lessons learned regarding specific interoperability issues to controlling agencies. This role also provides warfare curriculum C4I, and warfare instruction and training. The position is responsible for conducting SG interoperability training, analysis, review, and validation of interoperability related curricula. The candidate must be able to develop Strike Group (SG) interoperability training plans and coordinate training support. Additionally, the role involves developing and implementing tactical data link (TDL)/common operational picture (COP)/common tactical picture (CTP) training plans, schedules, and status briefings related to interoperability training for each Carrier Strike Group (CSG) or Expeditionary Strike Group (ESG). The candidate will provide SGs with pertinent TDL/COP/CTP information as it evolves throughout the FRTP process. Responsibilities include maintaining interoperability training schedules, coordinating with waterfront training activities, providing TDL/GCCS-M related course of instruction support, air defense, and LINK/identification/CTP-manager syndicate support, and participating in FST planning conferences and event execution.
