About The Position

This role is responsible for administering defined external/internal recruitment processes to ensure accounts are fully recruited. It involves developing and managing relationships with the Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and recruitment team-mates. Recruiters are also responsible for providing recruitment updates and informing the management team of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment. Performance will be measured by KPI measures, execution of recruitment strategies (including advertising methods, job fairs, remote recruitment techniques), maintenance of recruitment materials, and keeping the management team informed of recruitment progress and issues affecting recruiting. The role aims to meet Customer Satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts.

Requirements

H.S. Diploma/GED
2 years or more in experience Full life-cycle recruiting experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook) Intermediate

Responsibilities

Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and completing offer (negotiation & acceptance) processes for contractors.
Completing contractor hiring administrative processes and on-boarding of new contractors.
Administering defined external/internal recruitment processes to ensure accounts are fully recruited.
Developing and managing relationships with Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and recruitment team-mates.
Providing recruitment updates and informing the management team of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment.
Executing recruitment strategies which include advertising methods, job fairs, and remote recruitment techniques.
Maintaining recruitment materials.
Keeping the management team informed of recruitment progress and issues affecting recruiting.
Meeting Customer Satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts.
Performing other duties as assigned.
