About The Position

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Military Planner to join our growing Federal Planning team. This role allows you to contribute to impactful projects supporting military and federal clients across the globe. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and managing data related to facilities and land-use planning, landscape design, and mission requirements. You will also assist in the development of constraints mapping and documentation in support of regional, urban, and military installation design.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Planning, Engineering, Architecture, Design, or a related field (accredited institution).
2-4 years of relevant experience in planning or a related discipline.
Familiarity with federal contracting processes, task order management, and project delivery.
Understanding of planning requirements for federal facilities, including DoD and non-DoD agencies.
Knowledge of facilities design criteria for federal projects.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
Proficiency with Acrobat or Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and clients.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and manage planning data for federal and military projects, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Contribute to the development of constraints mapping and related documentation for design projects.
Collaborate with project teams in preparing planning deliverables for federal and military installations.
Assist with coordination of planning requirements for DoD and non-DoD federal agencies.
