About The Position

SAIC is seeking a Senior Military Operations Specialist to join our team at Rock Island, IL. Responsibilities: Participate as part of team focused on continuous modernization opportunities through digitizing operations and processes in support of Army Training, Readiness, and Mobilization efforts. Demonstrate experience, skills and in-depth knowledge of Army Operations, National Guard and Army Reserve mobilizations, home-station training, and pre-/post-mobilization training requirements. Participate in planning events, support staff in conferences and meetings, and provide support to digital solutions for rapid information sharing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelors and nine (9) years or more of related experience; Masters and seven (7) years or more experience ; PhD or JD and three (3) years or more experience; four (4) years of experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Must possess an active Secret security clearance with the ability to maintain; US Citizenship required.
• Experience in Army Tactical Operations.
• Experience in Army Mobilization operations.
• Operational experience in a battalion (or higher).
• Experience in modern Army digital systems of record (MAVEN, Vantage, GFIM-OE, etc)
• Candidate must be willing to work in the training environment and operational conditions.

Nice To Haves

• Understanding of the Sustainment Readiness/ReARMM Model.
• Understanding of National Guard and Army Reserve mobilization processes.
