About The Position

The GE Aerospace U. S. Military Officer Leadership Program is a unique opportunity for top Military Officer talent looking to jump start their careers in the industry. Qualified candidates are those who excelled in their military careers and are looking for their next opportunity. Those accepted will be placed in a 2 year rotational program within one of the business units. Program Rotations geographically focused In: Cincinnati (Evendale, West Chester) OH area and Boston (Lynn) MA area.

Requirements

  • Commissioned U.S. Military Officer with a minimum 4 years of service completed by start date, up to a maximum 12 years, with an Honorable Discharge upon completion of Military obligations.
  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited University.
  • Minimum of 4 years of active-duty status in the last 5 years of service.
  • Maximum of 2 years of separation from active duty; exceptions available for extenuating circumstances (Active Reserve Duty, Graduate Degree Pursuit).
  • Ability to prove status as a U.S. Person (U.S. lawful permanent resident, U.S. Citizen, or granted asylee or refugee status).

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field of study.
  • 6 - 12 years of Officer Military Service preferred.
  • Completion of an advanced military training course (I.E. Flight School, Airborne school, Nuclear Power School, career development courses, etc.).
