About The Position

Bridge Defense seeks a highly qualified Military Forces Analyst to support a Government Customer at DIA HQ. This role conducts all-source analytic production on foreign military forces to support senior policymakers and defense stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in military capability analysis and creating, using, and maintaining MIDB records
  • Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR and great power competition
  • Knowledge of the IC and Combatant Command environment
  • Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefing
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience in an intelligence field, or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in an intelligence field

  • Ability to operate across traditional technical boundaries, comfortable working in the compute space as well as the storage space in an operational capacity
  • Technically curious and driven to learn new skills
  • IFPC certification within 90 days of hire

Responsibilities

  • Conduct all-source analytic production on foreign military forces, including but not limited to foreign military organizations, command structure, strategy and doctrine, capabilities, equipment, operations and exercises, facilities, sustainment, leadership, and force disposition / order of battle.
