About The Position

The Opportunity: With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our government every day, we need an intelligence analyst like you to do just that. As a military forces analyst, you use your specialized regional experience and attention to detail to develop products and assessments to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters, protect our national security, and inform our nation’s leaders. As a military forces analyst on our team, you’ll help your client understand an evolving threat landscape. Using your understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll explore new data sources, develop effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources. You’ll validate information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for warfighters and senior policymakers. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with strategic or operational-level intelligence analysis, including creating written products and providing verbal briefings
  • 3+ years of experience with military forces analysis or order of battle analysis
  • 3+ years of experience with order of battle databases such as MIDB and MARS
  • Experience collaborating across the DoW and interagency partners
  • Experience working with geospatial intelligence or imagery analysis
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ICD 203, analytic tradecraft, and writing for DoW customers
  • Experience with strategic-level all-source analysis
  • Experience using Python, database management, or AI/ML tools and methodologies
  • Experience with research using Boolean logic and high-side reporting tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Analysis, International Affairs, or International Studies
