About The Position

TACFI Consulting is seeking a Readiness Analyst to support Air National Guard Security Forces readiness reporting, force-status analysis, manpower and training data, operational planning, logistics coordination, and enterprise readiness assessment. This role includes work with classified and unclassified readiness information.

Requirements

• This position requires access to classified readiness information. The selected candidate must possess and maintain the personnel security clearance and Government access necessary to perform assigned duties.
• An active DoD Secret clearance or higher is strongly preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in military readiness, operations, force management, deployment planning, command-and-control, mission reporting, or related DoD analytical support.
• Strong experience analyzing operational data, identifying trends, and producing senior-leader decision products.
• Experience working with classified and unclassified Government information systems is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Air Force, Air National Guard, joint, or service-level readiness processes is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a headquarters environment with recurring suspense-driven reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and analyze Security Forces unit readiness information supporting wartime and domestic-response missions.
• Support readiness reporting, manpower, training, logistics, task-capability, and force-status data management.
• Collect, reconcile, validate, and analyze readiness data from authorized Government systems and sources.
• Identify readiness trends, capability gaps, shortfalls, and risks and develop recommended corrective actions or strategic approaches.
• Integrate manpower, training, resource, and operational data into reports, visualizations, briefings, and recurring readiness products.
• Coordinate with the Functional Area Manager, field units, training/program stakeholders, and mission partners and prepare status reports, AARs, and senior-leader analytical products.
