Military and Family Life Counselors (MFLCs) are the first line of defense for our Service Members’ mental health. This role involves providing counseling services that are preventative in nature, addressing issues before they become greater challenges. Counselors may support adults or minors in various settings, including being embedded with military units, supporting military families, or working within a school setting. The Mission Ready Reserve (MRR) model allows counselors to focus on helping others without administrative burdens, with assignments being at the discretion of the counselor. The need in this location is for Adult Positions, SOCOM Positions, CYB, School and Child Development Positions.
