Advanced Management Strategies Group (AMSG) is seeking a Military Analyst/Graphic Designer to support the Commander’s Initiatives Group (CIG) within the Aviation Center of Excellence (AVCOE) G-5 Directorate. Clearance Requirement : Secret Scope: The Military Analyst/Graphic Designer - Commander’s Initiatives Group (CIG section) will provide high‑impact visual communication, operational analysis, and strategic design support to senior leaders. This role transforms complex military concepts, plans, and initiatives into clear, compelling visual products that enhance decision‑making, strategic messaging, and enterprise‑wide understanding. The analyst will work closely with the command team to support priority initiatives, special projects, and senior leader engagements.

Requirements

  • Ability to understand and visualize military concepts, operations, and organizational structures.
  • Experience in military operations, planning, or staff processes.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work directly with senior leaders and handle sensitive information.
  • High attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Must have a portfolio of work.

Responsibilities

  • Mastery of graphics and video editing tools that are licensed for use on government networks.
  • Experience utilizing Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Captivate, After Effects, Spark, Premiere Pro, Audition, Dreamweaver).
  • Strong proficiency in graphic design tools (PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Visio, etc.).
  • Develop executive level briefings, speeches and articles relating to Army Aviation operations, training, doctrine, and program management.
