About The Position
The California Military Institute (CMI) is seeking a Military Advisor to join their team. This full-time position involves working 8 hours a day for 181 days a year, typically Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, though hours are subject to change. The role requires substantial leadership experience within the Armed Forces of the United States at either a senior NCO or officer level. The advisor will be responsible for developing leadership qualities in members of the Corps of Cadets and planning and conducting staff development training.
Requirements
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma
- Substantial leadership experience within the Armed Forces of the United States at either a senior NCO or officer level.
- Demonstrated ability to develop leadership qualities in members of the Corps of Cadets.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and conduct staff development training.
