About The Position
At Regions, the Bank Operations CMI Specialist updates and maintains the customer maintenance and information (CMI) repository. This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three (3) years of operations or related experience
- Ability to interpret and ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and industry guidance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and record maintenance
- Excellent written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

- This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Manages and updates customer records
- Enters customer information into the system
- Makes corrections to customer records as needed
- Ensures compliance with risk management programs, rules and regulations, and cybersecurity practices
- Identifies opportunities for and supports process improvements
- Applies disciplined change management practices
- May provide guidance to less experienced associates
