Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in mental health or related degree program (required)
Master’s degree in mental health or related degree program (required)
Intern or associate license from appropriate state licensing board (required)
Minimum 18 months of experience in a behavioral health or related field (requirement waived with relevant master's degree)

1+ year facilitating groups (preferred)

Responsibilities

Facilitates curriculum-based groups.
Provides meal monitoring and support.
Documentation of groups, meals and patient check-ins and observations.
Provides support to Milieu including de-escalation and crisis management, bathroom monitoring, monitoring outside breaks.
Conducts self-harm and suicide assessment.
Support morning routine in IP/Res programs.
Collect weights, vitals and urine in some settings.
Implements individual behavior management plans for some patients and serves as clinical lead for the program in standalone programs in evenings and weekends.
Will lead more advanced groups.
Coverage for Primary Therapists with support from Clinical Manager or Clinical Director.
May be required to work on-call shifts based on business needs.
