About The Position

E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a Military Capabilities All Source Analyst to join our team in Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, DC in support of the Defense Resources and Infrastructure Office (DRI). DRI's mission is to catalog and analyze military and civilian infrastructure and defense-related resources that underpin a nation's or group's military capabilities-including transportation, logistics, defense economics, energy systems, arms trade, physical vulnerability to weapon effects, defense industries, and the operational environment-to support U.S. and allied planners, targeteers, warfighters, policymakers, partners, and acquisition officials.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience with all-source analysis, or 12+ years of experience with all-source analysis in lieu of a degree
Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
Experience analyzing and breaking down complex systems
Experience with the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) or the Machine-Assisted Rapid-repository System (MARS)
Ability to develop high-quality deliverables, such as complex written products and formal or informal briefings tailored to clients who range from tactical to strategic levels
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) clearance at the appropriate level

Nice To Haves

3+ years as an all-source military capabilities analyst
Knowledge of conventional weapon systems
Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards
Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR

Responsibilities

Conduct strategic all-source analytical production to evaluate complex adversarial systems, military capabilities, and emerging trends.
Draft and publish intelligence assessments following established community writing styles, publication standards, and analytic tradecraft.
Utilize specialized functional expertise and meticulous attention to detail to address complex military capabilities (MILCAP) problem sets.
Mentor and lead fellow analysts while sharing functional domain expertise to support overall team growth.
Continuous learning and application of new skills, tools, and analytical methodologies to deliver critical support to warfighters and national decision-makers.
