About The Position

As a Military Capabilities All-Source Analyst on our team, you’ll help your client by providing production that study complexity of adversarial systems. Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats, you’ll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address the MILCAP problem set with a specific focus on developments and trends.

Requirements

Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
Experience analyzing and breaking down complex systems
Experience with the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) or the Machine-Assisted Rapid-repository System (MARS)
Ability to develop high-quality deliverables, such as complex written products and formal or informal briefings tailored to clients who range from tactical to strategic levels
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience with all-source analysis, or 12+ years of experience with all-source analysis in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

3+ years as an all-source military capabilities analyst
Knowledge of conventional weapon systems
Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards
Active TS/SCI and willingness to take polygraph. Candidates with current CI polygraph conducted in the past 7 years will be highly prioritized.
