•$120,000 - $130,000

About The Position

Attain Partners is seeking an experienced Migration & Integration Developer to support data migration and integration initiatives for Higher Education clients, particularly in Advancement and fundraising systems. The developer designs, develops, tests, and executes SQL-based data migrations and integrations between legacy Advancement platforms, institutional databases, and Salesforce environments. The role involves building and maintaining data pipelines, transformation logic, staging tables, stored procedures, and integration processes within database environments. The developer collaborates with technical architects, functional consultants, and client stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and successful delivery. Attain Partners is a consulting firm serving education, nonprofit, healthcare, and state and local government clients. The company describes a flexible work environment, a culture of inclusion, and support for career growth. This position requires periodic travel based on business and client needs. Compensation is a base salary of $120,000–$130,000 USD, commensurate with experience, education, and skills, and the role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
