We are seeking a dependable MIG Welder to join our manufacturing team in West Jefferson, OH. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with welding equipment and following basic safety and quality procedures.
Requirements
- Ability to safely operate welding equipment and hand tools
- Ability to read and follow instructions

- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
Nice To Haves
- MIG welding experience preferred
- Previous manufacturing, fabrication, or metalworking experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding on metal components and assemblies
- Read and follow basic work instructions and welding specifications
- Set up and safely operate welding equipment
- Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy
- Use hand tools and other shop equipment as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety and quality standards
- Perform other general fabrication and production duties as needed
