About The Position

We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join a fast-paced production team. This role involves laying out, fitting, and welding steel frames and metal components according to blueprints and specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong welding experience, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain quality while meeting production goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience with MIG welding required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong measuring, layout, and fabrication skills
• Experience using hand tools and precision measuring instruments
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods

Nice To Haves

• TIG welding experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lay out, fit, and weld steel frames and metal components using MIG welding equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication
• Measure and mark material for proper placement and assembly
• Verify positioning and alignment using measuring tools such as straightedges and squares
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
