About The Position

As a Welder, you’ll be part of our Production team located in Hesston, KS. You’ll get to assemble parts into a welding jig and tack them per prints, drawing, or instruction of supervisor. You will also use various hand tools such as grinders, scrapers, or other types of finishing tools to ensure a quality product. Maintaining a clean, neat, and orderly work area is essential for a safe and efficient workspace, adhering to 5S and written standards. You will attend and interact in all safety meetings daily. Additionally, you will control the operation of the Robot, including cleaning and inspection. A key focus will be on safety, quality, and the achievement of specific objectives.

Requirements

• MIG Welding experience and pass internal welding test
• Ability to read blueprints, layout parts to print, weld to print.
• Ability to understand and follow standard work.
• Knowledge of welding hazards and safety rules and procedures.

Nice To Haves

• Technical Certification in welding preferred
