About The Position

Kane Innovations has immediate openings for qualified MIG Welders. Our company specializes in aluminum and stainless steel architectural products.

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
• Ability to learn welding techniques, including clamping, grinding, tack welding, and positioning components for final welds.
• Willingness to learn proper welding procedures, equipment operation, and quality standards.
• Ability to read or learn to interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail, measurement, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, standing, bending, and working in a manufacturing environment.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to producing quality work.
• High School Diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in welding, manufacturing, fabrication, or a related field.
• Welding Technology training.
• Prior MIG welding experience.
