About The Position

Marine Concepts is looking for experienced MIG welders. The ideal candidate must be experienced MIG welder required to shape and weld framing for fiberglass molds to be considered for the position. Fabrication experience a plus. Attention to detail and high quality standards. Hard working and dependable. Must possess good dexterity and utilize proper lifting techniques. Able to work in fast paced environment with deadlines. Enclosed manufacturing facility without climate control. Marine Concepts/Design Concepts, a division of Patrick Industries, is a growing company that designs and manufactures fiberglass molds and parts for a variety of industries including marine, amusement park, automotive and many others. We have facilities in Sarasota and Cape Coral, FL. Hiring motivated and dependable people ready to work. Day shift. Overtime is available for most positions and most positions require some flexibility to hours including 10 or 12 hour shifts.

Requirements

• Experienced MIG welder
• 2 years of MIG welding experience
• Good dexterity
• Utilize proper lifting techniques
• Able to work in fast paced environment with deadlines
• Hard working and dependable
