About The Position
We are seeking skilled MIG Welders to join our team and start this week. This role involves performing MIG welding on steel and aluminum components, reading and interpreting blueprints, and ensuring the quality and precision of finished welds. You will also operate various shop tools, maintain equipment, and collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines.
Requirements
- 1+ year of MIG welding experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Knowledge of basic fabrication tools and measuring instruments
- Strong attention to detail and safety procedures
- Must be dependable and able to work independently
Nice To Haves
- Certification a plus
