About The Position
Are you an experienced MIG Welder looking for a four-day workweek and a team that values quality, dependability, and craftsmanship? Join American Products and put your welding skills to work building high-quality metal products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of MIG welding experience or trade school training
- Ability to read blueprints and perform accurate measurements
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand throughout the shift
- Dependable team members with a strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding on doors, sills, handles, tanks, and some stainless steel components
- Tack weld, grind, and assist with welding, stud weld, and bung weld operations
- Read blueprints and part lists to ensure quality assembly
- Use shop tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain high production standards while delivering quality work
