Requirements

1–2 years in a production environment managing multiple tasks under deadlines.
Welding experience preferred; able to obtain certification.
Solid basic math (whole numbers and decimals) and can read a tape measure to 1/4".

Responsibilities

Manually load and unload pipe from automated welding stations.
Operate welding and plasma systems to install welded outlets to spec.
Perform rewelds with a handheld welding gun as specified.
Mark welds with a certification stamp using a metal stamp and hammer.
Move pipe along the table and offload to carts for finished goods.
Push loaded carts to the shipping/load area.
Band finished bundles with a pneumatic bander as required.
Complete company training (including safety) and meet competency standards set by management.
Comply with company policies and function within SOP guidelines.
Support other tasks as assigned by the fabrication lead, fabrication manager, or branch operations manager.
