About The Position

Responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service while assisting with the daily operation, cleanliness, presentation, and efficiency of the Midway Grille.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or currently enrolled in high school preferred.
• Food service, hospitality, country club, restaurant, snack bar, customer service, or POS experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills, communication abilities, cash handling knowledge, POS system familiarity, organizational skills, and a hospitality-focused attitude.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and carry up to 40 pounds regularly, work indoors and outdoors, and work weekends, holidays, tournaments, and special events.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and provide outstanding hospitality.
• Take food and beverage orders and operate the POS system.
• Prepare simple food and beverage items as assigned.
• Process member charges, credit card transactions, and cash sales.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, beverage stations, and service areas.
• Assist with stocking inventory and receiving deliveries.
• Support tournaments, golf outings, and special events.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
