About The Position

Responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality food products for members and guests utilizing the Midway Grille at 1876 Country Club.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant, snack bar, fast-casual, golf course, country club, or food service experience preferred.
• Basic cooking skills
• Food safety knowledge
• Organizational abilities
• Communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Food Handler Certification
• ServSafe Certification
• TABC Certification (if applicable)
• CPR Certification
• First Aid Certification

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to recipes and Club standards.
• Cook food products to proper temperatures and specifications.
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
• Assist with station setup, food prep, and inventory control.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Support tournaments, golf events, and special functions.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and stocking products.
