Under limited supervision, this position is accountable for all aspects of assigned Midstream projects from conception to completion. The role involves developing Project Execution Plans, defining and balancing project constraints (scope, budget, schedule, quality, risk, resources), and performing economic evaluations to estimate project costs and schedules. The Project Manager will work closely with various departments and third-party inspection teams, manage daily activities of third-party resources (engineering, design, environmental, surveying, construction contractors), and determine the level of changes to the project, implementing Management of Change procedures. This role also involves partnering with the Land group for route development and easement acquisition, coordinating with the Environmental group for permitting, and collaborating with the Safety group to ensure compliance with company protocols. Additionally, the Project Manager will manage the bid process, contractor selection, procurement of equipment and materials, and prepare weekly project status and cost reports for management and stakeholders.
