About The Position

This role is for an HR Midstream Recruiter responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. The position is located in San Antonio, TX or Findlay, OH and is a 6-month contract with the potential to extend. The recruiter will focus on sourcing, screening, assessing, and negotiating offers for candidates, while ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders. A consultative approach and representation of company values are key.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
4+ years of full life cycle Talent Acquisition experience required.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Workday ATS system preferred
Experience in petroleum, utilities, manufacturing or related fields preferred
Experience supporting high volume roles preferred

Responsibilities

Manages end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, assessment, presentation, debriefing, offer negotiation, and ensuring a positive experience.
Establishes and nurtures strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, providing a consultative approach and representing the company's values.
Performs effective recruitment strategies using various recruiting methods to attract diverse candidates.
Assess candidates through resume screening and phone interviews to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
Manages timely communication and engagement throughout the recruitment process.
Maintains current and accurate applicant record information and data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring compliance, data privacy, and confidentiality requirements.
Monitors recruitment metrics and performance indicators to drive a positive stakeholder experience.
