About The Position

This role provides recruitment support within the Human Resources Department. The ideal candidate will be a customer service professional with a knack for innovation and a commitment to delivering top-quality results. The position involves supporting the recruitment process, identifying candidates, coordinating interviews, and contributing to recruitment strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Major in Human Resources Management.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of exposure in the recruiting process.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines on a regular basis in a high-volume environment.
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Outlook (emphasis on calendar management), Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Understanding of the nature of confidentiality.
  • Experience in managing the recruitment process, identifying the right profile, coordinating interviews, and supporting recruitment strategies.
  • Experience in phone screenings.

Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment process, define the right profile, coordinate resources, interview, and agree on the recruitment strategy.
  • Identify key behavioral and technical competencies that drive success, share recruitment sourcing strategy, and set expectations around budget, process, and timeline.
  • Identify and develop sources of qualified candidates.
  • Screen, interview, and recommend candidates to the Recruiters Specialist and/or Vendor Neutral Platforms.
  • Perform potential resources reference checks.
  • Develop employment marketing material, including writing effective job postings and job ads.
  • Perform effective and clear phone and personal interviews using proven target selection methodologies.
  • Attend periodic job fairs and networking events.
  • Extend offers and be responsible for the hiring process for selected candidates on vendor neutral platforms.
  • Ensure active resources retention and satisfaction.
  • Perform administrative activities such as scheduling meetings, attending phone calls, and organizing files.
  • Provide support to vendor neutral customers and resources to continually expand FITS service offerings.
  • Organize, streamline, and support issues to ensure success on the platform.
  • Display a high level of professionalism and compassion when working with each account on sensitive matters.
  • Work with internal teams to improve processes, focusing on improving customer experience and performance.
