About The Position

Under general supervision, this position will conduct business performance and compliance reporting for all Midstream Operations departments. This role involves downloading and sourcing data from multiple software platforms for weekly review by senior management. It also includes assimilating internal records and furnishing regulatory report templates for submittal to applicable state or federal agencies. The position administers Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) work orders, conducts statistical and correlation analysis on EAM data, and coordinates the Management of Change (MOC) process. Additionally, the role analyzes and reports data using the Midstream Operations Dashboard, aids with regulatory programs related to pipeline safety, and provides daily administrative and analytical support to various departmental groups.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least five (5) years of business administration experience.
  • At least one (1) year experience coordinating Oil & Gas related programs and business processes.
  • Good understanding of oil & gas business fundamentals, operated assets, interpret reports, programs and processes.
  • Possess basic knowledge of multiple industry related tools, procedures and software programs, i.e., 811 & Operator Qualification, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems, Veriforce and SpotFire.
  • Working knowledge and fluent use of Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
  • Developed proficient time management and organizational skills. Able to set priorities, develop an effective work schedule, track data, monitor progress towards goals, carefully monitor information and activities.
  • Strong attention to details and conditions that involve regular changes, delays, unexpected events and time-sensitive priorities.
  • Possess strong analytical and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to complete reports and work effectively with operators, employees and contractors.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct business performance and compliance reporting for all Midstream Operations departments.
  • Download and source data from multiple software platforms and submit to senior management for weekly review.
  • Assimilate internal records and furnish establish regulatory report templates for submittal to the applicable state or federal agency in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Administer all Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) work orders to ensure it is scheduled, assigned, completed and recorded accurately.
  • Provide EAM training to new employees and contractors.
  • Conduct statistical and correlation analysis reporting on EAM data to define asset failure trends, compression availability, inventories, etc.
  • Coordinate Management of Change (MOC) process to verify administrative accuracy of documents, obtain stakeholders’ approvals and ensure proper records retention.
  • Analyze and report data utilizing the Midstream Operations Dashboard.
  • Identify inaccurate inputs utilizing trends, correlations, percentage change, etc.
  • Track and review data results in comparison to forecast and budget expectations for management and engineers’ review and assessment.
  • Aid with all regulatory programs related to pipeline safety in accordance with local, state and federal regulations including Operations and Maintenance, Operator Qualification, and Drug & Alcohol, Public Awareness and Damage Prevention requirements.
  • Provide daily interaction with various departmental groups to conduct administrative and analytical support functions, such as process approval documents for signature and file retention, export data, trends development, graphs, calculate percentage of change or difference, quantify variance to budget, etc.
  • Provide administrative duties such as file and process approval management and record retention activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
