About The Position

We currently have an opening for a Midnight Molding Supervisor position. This position will be based in our new Sterling Heights, MI plant and will report to the Molding Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and communication skills. The individual must be able to work overtime when required. This position will be required to provide leadership on the production floor to ensure a high level of safety, productivity, and morale. This position is a key player in helping to affect necessary changes/improvements on an on-going basis. This position will be based in Sterling Heights, Michigan and may require periodic travel within the U.S., Canada and Mexico.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic
• Communication skills

Nice To Haves

• 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience
• Strong background working in injection molding
• Automotive interior product familiarity
