This position will be based in our new Sterling Heights, MI plant and will report to the Molding Manager.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience
- Strong background working in injection molding
- Strong work ethic
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work overtime when required

Responsibilities
- Provide leadership on the production floor to ensure a high level of safety, productivity, and morale.
- Be a key player in helping to affect necessary changes/improvements on an on-going basis.
- Comply with Health and safety rules.
- Ensure Quality of our products.
- Drive Productivity Improvements.
- Oversee the Training and Evaluating of team member performance.
