Requirements

  • Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting software requirements.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to elicit and clarify requirements for new or enhanced business processes and products.
  • Experience in preparing specification and functional documentation for approved solutions.
  • Strong understanding of requirements management practices and approaches to ensuring consistency and traceability of requirements.
  • Ability to align business and end-user needs with system capabilities and technical constraints.
  • Experience in analyzing integration points between internal and external systems.
  • Ability to support development teams during system integration activities.
  • Understanding of software architecture concepts and the ability to assess the impact of architectural decisions on business solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
  • Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) process and stages.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Scrum, Waterfall) and experience preparing documentation according to the chosen methodology.
  • Understanding of principles for gathering, analyzing, and managing requirements, including types of requirements, methods for their discovery, defining scope boundaries, and prioritization.
  • Knowledge of microservices and event-driven architecture principles.
  • Understanding of data exchange formats (XML, JSON).
  • Knowledge of integration principles and interaction with external systems using REST API and Kafka.
  • Practical experience using Jira and Confluence for task and documentation management.
  • Skills in working with databases and using SQL (PL/SQL Developer, pgAdmin).
  • Experience in describing and modeling business processes using BPMN.
  • Skills in creating and analyzing interaction diagrams (Sequence Diagrams).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in the banking sector, particularly in the area of active operations service.
  • Understanding of the NBU Chart of Accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Apply knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) throughout the product development process.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation in accordance with project management methodologies such as Scrum and Waterfall.
  • Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and functional requirements, including defining priorities and scope boundaries.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, clarify, and refine requirements.
  • Support solution design and implementation within microservices and event-driven architectures.
  • Define and document integration requirements involving REST APIs, Kafka, XML, and JSON.
  • Use Jira and Confluence to manage requirements, documentation, and team workflows.
  • Perform data analysis and validation using SQL and database management tools such as PL/SQL Developer and pgAdmin.
  • Model and document business processes using BPMN and interaction flows using Sequence Diagrams.
  • Cooperate with business and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Contribute to initiatives related to banking operations and process improvements.
  • Apply knowledge of the NBU Chart of Accounts when analyzing and documenting banking-related requirements.
