About The Position

Oversee and coordinate all middle school Winter athletic programs for the Chichester School District. Responsibilities include scheduling games and practices, supervising coaches and student-athletes, ensuring compliance with district and league policies, managing communication with parents and staff, and promoting a positive, student-centered athletic environment. Support the development of sportsmanship, teamwork, and academic success among student-athletes.

Requirements

• Experience in athletic administration or a related field.
• Knowledge of middle school sports and athletic programming.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with students, coaches, parents, and staff.
• Understanding of athletic policies and compliance.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a coach or athletic director at the middle school level.
• Familiarity with the Chichester School District and its athletic leagues.
