About The Position

Oversee and coordinate all middle school fall athletic programs for the Chichester School District. Responsibilities include scheduling games and practices, supervising coaches and student-athletes, ensuring compliance with district and league policies, managing communication with parents and staff, and promoting a positive, student-centered athletic environment. Support the development of sportsmanship, teamwork, and academic success among student-athletes.

Requirements

• Experience in athletic administration or coaching at the middle school level
• Knowledge of middle school sports rules and regulations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, parents, coaches, and staff

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• First Aid/CPR certification
