About The Position

Regina Caeli Academy (www.rcahybrid.org) is seeking a part-time middle school teacher for the 2026-2027 academic year at our Carrollton, TX location. This role involves teaching in a classical and Catholic classroom environment. While formal teaching certification or experience is not required, we are looking for individuals with a deep love for the Catholic faith and the ability to sign an Oath of Fidelity to the Catholic Church. The academy offers instruction in a formal Socratic classroom setting on Mondays and Thursdays. Curriculum and grading guidelines will be provided, and tutors will receive training in instruction and classroom management according to RCA standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, good organization, timeliness, a traditional view of the student-teacher relationship, and must be actively living the Catholic faith.

Requirements

• Ability to sign an Oath of Fidelity to the Catholic Church.
• Deep love for the Catholic faith.
• Standard computer skills (ideally with Google Suite or equivalent) are a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good organization.
• Timeliness.
• A traditional view of the student/teacher relationship.
• Must be living the Catholic faith day-to-day, including having received all the sacraments appropriate to his or her state in life.
• Must be available to attend mandatory training on August 10, 11, and 12, 2026.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
